Hello, **I am Dr. Won-Joon Yoo, Chief Director of Seoul One Hospital.** Treating a child doesn't end with healing the injured area. A child's bones and joints keep changing as they grow. So even with the same fracture or ligament injury, the appropriate treatment differs depending on the growth plate's condition and the growth still remaining. Drawing on my experience in pediatric orthopedic care and research at Seoul National University Hospital, I consider both the current injury and future growth together. For difficult cases and surgical planning, I consult with Chief Director Hyuk-Ju Moon, with whom I've worked closely for many years, to find the right treatment direction. **So that children can return to school and their friends and continue their daily lives**, I will carefully follow their growth even after treatment.
